Professional Business Solutions Pty Ltd (PBS) commenced business in October 1988 as the result of a merger of four accounting practices. At the time there were 3 partners/shareholders. Since then, due to retirements and other fields of endeavour, there remains only one shareholder; Vern Hembrow (age 57) who is also the principal of the business. Nick Bradley (age 28) is the accounting and tax manager responsible for the operations and conduct of the core business of accounts preparation and tax returns. There are 3 other accountants and 3 other support staff.
